Before you can understand your requirements, your B Impact profile needs to be set up correctly. We work through the Setup and Foundation Requirements with you in a one-hour session - so you unlock the right requirements from day one.
ANALYSIS & REPORT
Gap analysis and planning report
We map every applicable requirement against where your business currently stands - showing what's already in place, what needs updating, and what needs to be built from scratch. Each gap comes with a time estimate so you can plan and resource the work internally.
For recertifying businesses, we work directly from your existing B Impact results. For first-time certifiers, we start with a discovery conversation to understand what you already have in place - then build the same clear, prioritised picture.
